I originally contacted Chris in March after finally giving in, and admitting I was having problems with my right knee. As this was at the start on the COVID lockdown we did the initial assessment and all additional calls via Zoom. Chris was able to diagnose my injury via the call with a mixture of asking questions and physical assessment with me providing feedback. We identified my issue as Patella Tendonitis and starting working on a rehab plan. Over the 6 months, I have been working with Chris, we progressed from me not being able to walk down the stairs and stand up without knee pain, to being able to return to running without pain, and feeling my strongest. Throughout the process, Chris has been extremely helpful with coming up with a plan to suit me and my injury, and also explaining and educating me about the process. It's been a pleasure to work with Chris and I would recommend his services to anyone.
